Yesterday’s class was a very emotional one. We shared our role models and why they were our role models. I decided to talk about my brother whom I’ve looked up to my whole life.

Most people in the class seemed to be talking about family members, which was interesting to me because it made me learn something about my classmates. Everyone seems to have strong family values much like me. A lot of my classmates seemed to have very emotional stories involving their role models, I almost started to tear up a couple of times!

I thought it was a really meaningful and interesting exercise for the class, we learned about each other and learned why having a role model is so important and how much it can impact one’s life.
