I had a great time during class; I always leave your lectures learning something new in a very interactive way that I know I will remember. I really enjoy coming to class and participating in the group activities, because I am a visual learner. I love to do hands-on activities and I also because it is the best way to learn and remember information. It’s funny because when I was doing the mid-term I always referred back to the in-class activities!!! I believe that your teaching style is amazing!

When I become a teacher, I want to teach using real life examples and not just lecture my class. I want them to leave my room remembering and most of all enjoying the time they spent with me. I want to make a difference and touch their lives. I want to connect what they are learning in my classroom with the outside world, I want them to be able to use what they learned later on.

I defiantly agree that we all learn and interpret differently. Whenever I am reading a chapter in the book, for me to truly understand and grasp everything. I need to read out loud, I need to hear myself saying it in order to understand it. I also like to jot down notes after reading the chapters. On the other hand, some people may learn better when they read to themselves…but not me. I also believe that people interpret things and concepts differently because we all have different experiences.

We are all different in some ways. I might not understand a concept, that another child excels in because we were raised differently, it doesn’t mean that I will never understand its just that I need to learn it. I believe that a good lesson is creative, interactive and informative. I think that teachers need to always be searching for new ways to enlighten the classroom on a certain topic. I believe that children learn best using their senses. They remember most what they have touched, tasted, smelt, seen, and heard!!!
