This class is becoming more and more stimulating every time!! Having a peer on peer question and answer exercise was very helpful. All the questions were one's that have crossed my mind at one time or another and it was encouraging to know that other prospective teachers have the same one's as well.
All the students on the panel were very knowledgeable and even if they didn't think they were...they faked it very well!!!
I learned a lot from not only the panel members but the other students as well. It seems like we all have the same questions, concerns and maybe even some insecurities. It's comforting to realize that we are more alike than we thought and how much we can truly learn from one another. This was a nice opportunity to get to know each other even better and get an deeper insight into everyone's passion for teaching. I left class today feeling reassured that I am going to be the best possible teacher I can be and I have the entire class to thank for that.
No matter what was being taught whether it was dance, swimming, religion or science it seemed as though everyone shared the same views and similar advice. It's a wonderful feeling to share a love for something such as teaching with such a great class of inspiring, caring, and inquisitive adults.
