I am very exciting about the culture sharing in class. I am also happy that the American students are interesting in Chinese culture so much. I want to share more next time if we have another chance.
Different race have different ethnicity, what I want to say is that the ethnicity can deeply affect one’s learning style.

I am a Chinese. Chinese people are shy and not good at public speaking. According to my personal experience, I nearly never blame my teacher when I get some problem in my learning. I also do not like to ask questions a lot. I usually like listening instead of speaking in the class activity. I am a particular example to describe most of the Asian student’s learning style.

What firstly makes me realize the difference between us and western people deeply is about one of my teaching experiences. When I was in china, I had a student who is from Canada. He nearly never remembers vocabulary by himself. What he asks a lot is how to remember it or could you give me a knack to remember it?  It is really interesting for me because when I learn a second language, I even never thinking about asking my teachers for some knacks to remember vocabulary.

The western people are very active in class and are never shy to ask questions. I think we can learn in different style and also absorb some good learning ways of other ethnicity.
