I must say I like this course so much. It is the first class that I have ever taken which makes me feel so participatory. This week, we have some classmates who are experienced teacher for years and they talk about something about teaching. Like management is the most important thing to be a teacher. What makes me feel interesting is Wendy’s question about her student who does not want to study. Our classmates shared a lot of ideas to solve this problem. All the solutions we offered are trying to build a good relationship with that student. I was impressed by nick’s answer. He said we can try to let the student teach teachers. That is really a good way to start teaching because it will make students feel confident.

When we start to teach a student, a good relationship plays a very important role in teaching especially for the students who do not like study very much. Like Wendy’s student, the girl just repeats one sentence that her mother forced her to be taught. Maybe we can just talk about her mother and some topics that she is interested in. Like what Sky said that love is very important. As educators, we should love our students, help them and then teach them.
