Dream to succeed, motivation to learn

Right now there are plenty of things that I am motivated to do. Above the many goals I currently have I would put school because I believe that getting an education is the most essential step that I need to take in order to set myself a promising future. Although my initial plan is to start a career in teaching, I would love to continue learning and acquiring new skills that would lead me to develop my own potential in the most effective way possible. If everything goes as planned, when I get my four year degree I will be able to get a flexible job that will allow me to continue educating myself up the point in which I can get a doctorate in Spanish Literature.

To be honest my ultimate goal is to teach at college level and be able to do investigations, write meaningful articles and why not, compose my own stories. Right now I am extremely focused about what I want, and I think I have a pretty good idea of how I’m going to make it happen. I’m well aware of the fact that I have high goals and that I will have to work really hard, but I strongly believe that life goes by quickly and if I don’t make sacrifices to get what I want while I can, in the future I’m going to regret it. Aside from finishing school and becoming a professional, I also would like to become a better guitar player, a better surfer and maybe learn some martial arts, but I know what my priorities are and if I stick to my plan, in the future I will have the time and the resources to work on my hobbies.
